West Valley Hardwood offers a wide selection of exotic, quality prefinished hardwood flooring. These products are available in Engineered Prefinished. Our Structurally Stabilized FRANWOODTM line represents the highest quality product available in exotic flooring on the market.
- Available in 3-1/4" inch width by 9/16" depth (Moabi, South American Pearwood-Tinted and Ipe-Tinted are 3-1/2" in width).
- Precision milling achieving very small tolerances. Extremely small micro-bevel.
- Structurally and dimensionally stable due to the cross layers.
- Aluminum-oxide wear resistant coating – 25 year residential warranty.
- 4mm (5/32") solid top-layer, can be re-sanded 2-3 times.
- Attractive and durable exotic South American species to choose from.
- Easy and versatile installation – no more splitting.
- Suitable for nail-down, glue down, in-floor heat applications and applications over concrete.

FRANWOOD™ Prefinished Engineered hardwood flooring products are manufactured to the highest industry standards and have gone through several quality inspections.
